I AM YET AGAIN THINKING ABOUT JOON-GI HAN. specifically in y7. i take pride in my immunity to the prettyboy bait character architype but. cmon man its joon-gi what do you want from me HAVE YOU SEEN HIM. he could give me head trauma (REFERENCE TO ONE OF HIS ATTACKS. I AM NOT WEIRD)
and on a related note. it's so funny how the change from action game to rpg changed how the main characters in these games act. Kiryu is always like "no i have to fight alone it's my pride as a yakuza and as a man i dont want anyone else getting hurt bla bla" and then ichiban pulls up to his final boss like. "ok my homeless guy & dmv worker & middle manager at a girls bar & head of the chinese mafia & korean gang hitman & random girl who follows me around now. KILL" it's just a funny juxtaposition to me
just to get things started I made a tier list of all of the yakuza games. theyre not ordered within the tiers though sorry. I really wanted to put yakuza 3 and judgement in top tier but it was getting crowded. I love both of those games though. also the only reason yakuza 4 isnt lower is tanimura he saves the whole game. what a king
